Digitizing and scanning

Our scanning service allows you to convert paper documents, images or records into electronic files. The original is captured with a scanner and converted into a digital form that you can save, view, edit or share on your computer, smartphone or in the cloud.
We scan your original precisely up to DIN A3 format (42.0 x 29.7 cm) with a quality of up to 600 dpi as a PDF or JPG file and edit it individually if required.

We have already carried out many archiving projects with a wide variety of specifications and know that the requirements can be very different:
The first question is about the type and structure of the documents: are they stapled, punched, folded, creased, separated by dividers and may need to be unstapled and scanned individually or can they be scanned as a whole via the automatic feeder? It is also important to see the type, thickness and format of the papers in the folder and to check their feedability.
The next question is how to structure the data: should a folder be scanned into a file or are there requirements for subdivisions into different registers and subdivisions into sub-registers to be mapped in the resulting files?
It is important to think about the objectives, organization and structure (keywords, subject areas, subfolders, ease of retrieval, etc.) of the resulting data in advance. We will be happy to help you with this.
